BBNaija Kellyrae Speaks On Desire To Break Up With Kassia

The couple appeared on Chude Jideonwo’s show, where Kellyrae shared details about his financial struggles before joining BBNaija.

The 33-year-old musician revealed that he lost all his money to betting in an attempt to earn more, which led to a period of deep depression.

In his words:

“I had some money, but because I wanted more, the money was not enough, I was now gamblin with it and then I lost all the money. I was depressed. Every night I will be awake thinking. Then she was the one who came to my rescue.”

Kellyrae mentioned that he reached a moment when he chose to end his relationship with Kassia because he believed he wasn’t caring for her properly.

He said:

“I was thinking one day, I called her and said let’s just break up, I feel I don’t have what it takes to really take care of you because I feel guilty most times that there are things I’m supposed to be doing.”

Kellyrae talked about his experience in the BBNaija house, saying he was true to himself. He mentioned that the only thing he pretended about was keeping his marriage to Kassia a secret. In his words:

“Even if you lay on your bed for the rest of your life, trouble will still come. I think I prefer the trouble that comes with N60 million. The only thing I had to fake was that I was in the house with my wife, every other thing, I was just being myself.”
