Handi, a Big Brother Naija housemate, has disclosed her past struggles with drug addiction.
During the Aquafina Padi of Life challenge on Tuesday night, Handi told her twin sister, Wanni, about how she nearly died from drug addiction.
In an emotional moment, Handi thanked Wanni for her support during her challenges.
She said: “You always make sure I’m good throughout everything in this house.
“Even when I almost lost my life to drug addiction, you stayed with me all the step of the way.
“You never left my side, now look at me now, hale ans hearty. I’m my self again
“You never let anything or anyone come in between us, even when a guy thinks he can play us both.
“My trustworthy padi, you will tell me the guy is trying to run us street. You know everything about me both good and bad and you never judge me.
“Thank you for always being there for me even when I felt I was never enough.”
In other news, Onyeka, a Big Brother Naija Season 9 contestant, claims that some of her male colleagues in relationships in the house approached her first before moving on to other girls when she rejected them.
She predicted a lot of tension after the show because some of the ladies in relationships are unaware that they are second options.
She believes that no woman wants to be the second option.
In an interview with Mayor Frosh and Toby Forge on Tuesday, Onyeka stated: “My worry in this house is, in the middle of the show some guys will just say I’m not actually bad.
“The people who wanted to be in a relationship with me, got bounced and entered another relationship but the girls don’t even know. All these things na after house p now, they will see, cos I don’t think any girl wants to be second option.”
