Wanni, a contestant on Big Brother Naija, has voiced her desire to confront Ruthie regarding allegations that Ruthie has tried to damage both her and her twin sister’s professional standing beyond the confines of the show.
Wanni accused Ruthie of spreading untrue claims that have negatively impacted their careers as DJs. She pledged to take decisive action, asserting, ”This statement follows a series of verbal confrontations between Wanni, her twin sister Handi, and Ruthie, which included personal attacks and insults.
In other news, Nina Onyenobi, widely recognized as Nina Ivy and the fourth runner-up of Big Brother Naija Season 3, themed “Double Wahala,” has expressed her dissatisfaction with the current Season 9 of Big Brother Naija, also referred to as the “No Loose Guard” edition. She characterized the season as “boring” and “colourless.”
The former housemate, who operates a hair care business known as Nina Hair Empire, suggested that Big Brother must be regretting the current cast, as they are not delivering the level of excitement he likely anticipated.
In a conversation with Potpourri via WhatsApp, Nina shared her views on the show, echoing the sentiments of many fans who feel that this season has not captivated their interest.
She told Potpourri, ” I think it’s not giving what Big Brother thought it would give. First of all, it’s very boring , I’m not so eager to watch the show unlike the others. He brought in alot of mature people to this show in my opinion because there are many younger people out there who need this limelight more than anything and they would have made this show worth watching and fun. I even saw that he brought in a couple, what was he thinking ? Mixture of young and old. Most of these housemates are trying so hard to give highlights. We need sexy, bad, bad girls and boys next time Biggie.
I’m still waiting for the fun side , Big Brother comes with so many twists, so let’s wait and see.”
Since the show started two weeks ago, only women have been evicted from the show, raising the question whether the women on the show can go all the way. Particularly, in. View of the fact that only 2 women winners have ever emerged in eight seasons of the show. Nina offered an insight, stating, ” They probably didn’t have game plans and strategies. The last people that left as Heads of House, HOH were a bit painful. why ? I understand that the other lady’s aunty shouldn’t have been on the show in the first place because she kinda didn’t let her little sister or niece shine. But why ask people to vote if their votes won’t count ? This is not like our season where we all came blindly without even knowing so much about the show because that was almost the beginning part of Big Brother Naija. This is the 9th season , when you are selected baby, come with your plans and strategies , come with that A-Game and kill the show.”
