“Be like you go soon win Grammy” – Fans predict as Davido hails Rihanna for crowning ‘Unavailable’ song of the year

Social media users reacted after Davido praised Rihanna for crowning his hit song “Unavailable” as song of the year.

David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has praised Rihanna for her performance in the song “Unavailable,” which features South African artist Musa Keys and is considered the Barbadian-American superstar’s “Song of the Year.”

“My Ri Ri,” Davido wrote, quoting an interview clip that was popular on X.

When asked to choose her album of the year, Rihanna, the multibillionaire pop star, said she wasn’t a “album girl” and named “Unavailable” and “Mnike,” which were performed by Tyler ICU and Tumelo, as her joint songs of the year.

She said, “Album of the year? Am I an album girl? Or am I a streaming single girl?

“‘Unavailable’ [by Davido featuring Musa Keys] on repeat. That and ‘Mnike’ [by Tyler ICU and Tumelo] are my song of the year.”

Rihanna made this known in a side interview with Complex at a recent event of her fashion brand, Fenty, The Creeper.
