Nigerian entrepreneur and Bitcoin trader, Linus Williams, popularly known as B Lord, has gifted a new car to his barrister’s wife in appreciation of helping him win his case against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC).
He was arrested in Awka, Anambra state in August 2020, and had a 20-month after being wrongly paraded with 14 other suspects.
Three of his cars were also initially impounded by the EFCC which later released one to him while withholding his two Mercedes Benz cars and other properties.
B lord dragged the anti-graft agency to at the Enugu State Federal High Court, and on May 7, 2022, announced his victory which he credited to his supporters and legal team.
To thank his lawyer for making him with the case, he bought a brand new Toyota for the man’s wife and shared a video of him presenting the car to her.
He wrote; ”Just Gifted My Barrister’s Wife A New Car , Just Being Grateful @sniperkc , Na Barrister wey win case dem dey gift car.”
