Nigerian social media blogger and crossdresser Idiris Okuneye has spoken out on the never-ending feud between Wunmi, Mohbad’s widow, and her in-laws over her late husband’s murder and the paternity of her child.
Recall Wunmi gave her first interview following her husband’s death, where she discussed everything that had happened.
As her interview with media personality Chude Jidenowo on the With Chude podcast gains traction, many people have criticized her online for some of the things she made, while others have expressed sympathy for the widow.
Bobrisky responded to the incident on the photo and video sharing platform Instagram, stating that Wunmi owes no one an explanation for her late husband’s case. He admitted that many people had continually ridiculed and chastised her without reason. Bobrisky wrote:
“First time I’m ever going to involve myself in dis Mohbad case. Wunmi don’t owe anyone of you here any explanation… She has explained herself many times. What did many of you do? You disregard her explanation just because she hasn’t said what some of you want to hear. It’s almost 3 years. Let d girl move on with her life.”
Bobrisky also condemned elderly women who have joined in criticizing Wunmi online. He added:
“The one that shock me the most is watching so-called mothers and grandmas sitting in front of cameras and doing different videos to insult d girl. Tufiakwa. Mtcwwww. Madam, if you don’t have a job, please go and pick beans.”
