Nollywood actor Bolanle Ninalowo has sparked a lot of reactions with his discussion on emotional abuse and narcissistic behaviour in a recent post.
The actor, whose marriage ended last year, shared a detailed message about the beginnings of emotional abuse and how narcissists treat their victims.
In a recent post, the actor celebrated his daughter’s graduation. He discussed how narcissists manipulate others over time, causing them to lose their identity.
He mentioned that these people often carry sad stories of past abuse and difficult family relationships. Even with help, narcissists are rarely satisfied, and their negative behavior can last for many months.
The muscular actor mentioned that there is hope for anyone facing this kind of situation, and healing is possible no matter how long they have been trapped by their mindset.
He urged his fans to express their thoughts on emotional abuse.
