On Monday, Justice Nyang Ekwo of a Federal High Court in Abuja declared that Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State’s National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Discharge Certificate was real and true.
In a ruling in the governor’s lawsuit against NYSC, which sought N20 billion in damages, the court declared that the Corps had unquestionably issued Mbah’s discharge certificate.
As a result, Judge Ekwo granted the defendants in the case N5 million in damages.
