This came as the Supreme Court adjourned the hearing of his appeal for bail, to January 25, 2018.

It can be recalled that Dasuki is asking the Supreme Court to compel the Federal Government to obey the bail orders granted to him by the Federal High Court Abuja, and obey the ECOWAS CCJ Judgement that ordered for his immediate release on bail.
