Ebonyi commissioner, Engr. Fidelis Nweze “miraculously resurrects” after being initially declared dead following his involvement in a ghastly motor accident.
The state Governor, David Umahi had confirmed his death, saying he died in a Turkish hospital in Abuja after undergoing a surgery. Umahi had also declared a public holiday in his honor.
