BREAKING: More Troubles For Senator Dino Melaye, As Shocking Bribery Evidence Of Federal Court High   Judge, Leaks To The World [Must See]

Emerging report allegedly revealed that Senator Dino Maleye, who is also the Chairman, Senate Committee on the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, may have influenced the outcome of the Federal Court’s ruling, halting his recall process.

Recall, that the Federal High Court, Abuja, had on Thursday evening, ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to stop forthwith the recall of the representative of the Kogi-West Senatorial District, at the National Assembly, Dino Melaye.

Justice John Tsoho, gave the order while ruling on an application filed by the Lawmaker, asking the court to halt his recall.

In the prayer, argued by his Counsel, Mike Ozekhome, SAN, the Senator demanded the halt, pending the hearing of his originating summons.

Justice Tsoho, consequently adjourned the suit to September 29.

Reacting to the said Judgement, a source told Post-Nigeria, that he was not surprised at the court’s interim decision on the matter.

“I know that it is not possible to recall Dino, knowing his antecedents. This is a country where favourable judgments and interim injunctions are procured and given to the highest bidder.

“Remember that Dino was allegedly caught on audio tape, as published by Sahara Reporters, making attempt to bribe a Tribunal Judge, to strike out a suit filed by Senator Smart Adeyemi, challenging his victory in the 2015 Senatorial election.”

He added: “Dino is a rascal, he must have gone for a ‘night shopping’, to secure that controversial injunction.”

Although, Gistlover could recall that Dino Melaye had debunked the Sahara Reporters allegation, revealing how he attempted to bribe an Electoral Tribunal judgment.

Gistlover, has also not been able to substantiate the allegation made by our source against Dino Maleye.
