A bride-to-be has cried out in agony after losing her husband-to-be to Malaria, and he is slated to be buried on their wedding day.
The bride, known on Facebook as Lizzydamsel Etim, turned to the platform to express her grief over the loss of her husband.
According to her, he complained of a headache and when he arrived at the hospital, he was diagnosed with Malaria, but the hospital refused to treat him, and he died as a result.
A bride’s friend, who also shared the news on her Facebook page, provided screenshots of her conversation with the woman who informed her of the tragedy.
The bride reportedly informed her friend that she had been kept away and that they did not want others to visit her, which may be a custom for grieving in Akwa Ibom, where they are from.
The wedding date, which was initially set for November 11th, has now become the husband’s new burial date.
