A Nigerian bride went above and beyond to thank her bridesmaids with a special gift.
However, her choice of souvenir led to a variety of reactions online, with some people expressing their dissatisfaction.
She posted a video on TikTok under the username @babynurseqeebah, where she filled custom bottles with red oil, a staple in her village.
She explained that she wanted to share her heritage with her close friends who supported her on her wedding day.
“I wanted to give my bridesmaids a special gift from my village,” she stated.
The video showed her carefully pouring palm oil into the bottles, which were uniquely packaged for her bridesmaids.
Some viewers were not impressed and voiced their disappointment on TikTok.
