Controversial media aide to President Muhammadu Buhari, Lauretta Onochie has recently taken a swipe at former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
The media aide said that Olusegun Obasanjo is not happy that the President is fixing Nigeria with improved power supply.
Lauretta Onochie made this known in a Tweet on her twitter handle earlier today. She wrote;
“It’s now a clear choice between Pres. Buhari & a coalition of past corrupt leaders coordinated by ex-Pres Obasanjo
He failed to answer a simple question posed by our President who inherited a nation in darkness
Buhari is fixing Nigeria with improved power supply and OBJ is angry”
Recall that President Buhari finally attacked Obasanjo yesterday, Buhari on Tuesday threw a jibe at the former President for spending $16bn on power projects during his tenure yet there was nothing to show for it.
This was coming after Former President Olusegun Obasanjo in a letter had criticised Buhari’s administration and advised him not to seek re-election in the 2019 polls.
Buhari spoke at the Presidential Villa in Abuja while receiving the Buhari Support Organization led by the Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Customs Service, Ahmeed Ali. Buhari said;
“where was the power after a former president claimed to have spent $16 billion on the project.”
