Buhari totally Disgraced Fayose in a broad daylight, Makes a clear and loud phone call from London Sick Bed [Must Read]
President Muhammadu Buhari, has phoned the All Progressives Congress’ Chieftain, and the former Governor of Osun State, Bisi Akande, in condolence of the death of the wife of the latter.
This latest phone call, is a solid mark that has proven that Buhari is alive, contrary to recent insinuations by the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose.
Today’s phone call by Buhari, is the first of its kind for the ailing 74-year-old man, since he left the country for the United Kingdom, over 60 days ago.
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, revealed this via a statement made available to Journalists, in Abuja.
According to Shehu, the President’s message to the bereaved reads:
“I received the very sad news of the death of your dearly beloved wife, Madam Omowunmi Akande, this morning. I am following our phone call with this letter of condolence, which comes from my heart.
“To lose a wife, a dear wife after 50 years, a constant and loving companion through good and bad times, is a blow only a man of unshakeable faith can withstand. Please extend my personal condolences to the immediate and wider Akande family, and to friends of the family for this irreparable loss.
“May Allah give you the strength and Iman to endure her passing away.”
