“Burna Boy thrives more on sampling; Davido is not a growing artist” – Daniel Regha says

Daniel Regha, a controversial reviewer, shares his unprompted opinion on Nigerian singers Burna Boy and Davido’s musical approach.

The prominent critic said in an interview on Doyin’s Corner, hosted by reality TV personality Doyin, that the majority of Burna Boy’s big songs are samples.

Daniel Regha described the African Giant as a careful artist and stated that he is not a fan.

He went on to say that Wizkid’s recent EP is terrible, and that he and Davido can go even further if they truly want to.

He argues that, while Davido continues to release songs in order to be relevant in the industry, his creative progress has stagnated.
