Burna Boy, an international Afrobeat singer, has vowed to remain unmarried as he weighs in on his colleague Davido’s custody fight with his baby mom, Sophia Momodu.
This happened in the midst of Davido’s contentious joint custody struggle, which was met by a counter-affidavit citing carelessness as the cause of his first son’s death.
Burna Boy shared his thoughts on the subject, emphasising the dangers of taking a chance and refusing to listen to advise on relationships.
“Odogwu too wise, who no hear go FEEL,” he wrote.
A worried fan warned him about his plans to stay single despite his recent 33rd birthday.
“Burna Boy, you should start planning for your future by getting married and starting a family. OBO has already set an example. You’re over 33 now, and you need to understand that you’re not getting any younger,” the fan wrote.
The self-acclaimed African Giant insisted on staying single, “Baba make I just dey as I dey abeg, u nor see wetin him dey face like dis?”
He, however, agreed to choose the kind of love life between celebrity couple, Adekunle Gold and his wife, Simi.
“Ehen! Na wetin we dey pray for be that bros,” he added.
