Nigerian businessman and photographer Abu Salami has finally taken legal action in relation to his disagreements with Davido.

Remember how Abu Salami gained popularity on the internet by criticising the musician and claiming that he owed N218 million for supposedly breaking their contract?

Following weeks of dragging Davido, claims on social media surfaced that Abu Salami has finally filed a lawsuit against him.

Images of the alleged legal paperwork were revealed in a tweet by X user and ardent Burna Boy fan @Winco 3.

Winco also cited Abu Salami as stating that since the issue has garnered public notice, it has now been brought before a legitimate court.

In Abu Salami’s words: “Now that we’ve got the world’s attention, let’s take it to the real life court.”

The update on the issue between Abu Salami and Davido spread online and Nigerians reacted. Some netizens pitied the music star’s lawyer, Bobo Ajudua.
