Sam Omatseye, a Journalist has alleged that supporters of Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, are after his life.
He made this statement on his Twitter handle hours after he published an article on The Nation newspaper with the title ”Obi-tuary” and attached it with a photo of Peter Obi.
Peter Obi’s supporters didn’t take it funny and attacked him online. Some of them went on to put up a photo of Sam Omatseye announcing his obituary.
In a post he made on twitter, Omatseye alleged that some of the supporters of the presidential candidate are after his life. He wrote;
”Mr. Peter Obi, call your supporters to order. They are calling and issuing death threats. If anything happens to me, you will be held responsible!!!!”
