Calm Down, a popular song by legendary Nigerian artist Rema, has become the first single to top the official MENA chart.
Rema, a Marvin signee, has shook most music charts with his hit song ‘Calm Down,’ and he is racking up big numbers on streaming charts.
A few weeks ago, Rema’s ‘Calm Down’ became the first African song to reach 400 million views on YouTube. The hit song has pulled about 388,000,000 streams on Spotify, while its viral remix with US artist Selena Gomez also hit 717,512,920 streams on the same music platform.
With Rema’s new achievement, he has been able to stand tall in the first position on “The Official MENA Chart, shortly after the launch of the chart; this makes Rema’s Calm Down the first single to top the MENA chart.
