Carpenter reportedly steals $300 on first day of work, $100 on second day

The Nigerian carpenter faced accusations of theft while working abroad after he was caught stealing $300 on his first day and $100 on the second day, despite his refusal to steal naira.

The incident was captured in a video shared on a widely-used social media platform, showing the man being interrogated by a group of women who caught him in the act.

The accompanying statement provided additional details about the situation.

“My only weakness is trusting people too much, because how else would I leave a stranger to work in my room unsupervised?”

“When I realized he had stolen $300, I decided not to call him immediately. Instead, I called him the next morning and asked him to come and complete the repair job he was initially contracted for. I needed hard evidence, so I left the money at the same spot. This man foolishly came back 😂😂😂.”
