The Grammy-winning artist Damini Ogulu, also known as Burna Boy, has described what it means to be a champion.
He said that the difference between being a champion and being a regular person is that champions do not have an off button.
Burna Boy also admitted that this was a remark that many people would not comprehend.
According to him: “The difference between Champions and normal people is Champions don’t have an off button. Some will never understand.”
Afro-fusion musician Burna Boy has gained notoriety on the internet for severely criticising another musician Davido in response to an unwarranted criticism from one of the musician’s admirers.
The incident started when a fan of Davido’s, known as the 30BG (30 Billion Gang), used his picture as their profile picture on social media and made fun of Burna Boy for losing all four of his Grammy nominations.
The individual on Twitter, whose profile included a picture of Davido, took aim at Burna Boy specifically, calling him a “ode.”“Ode“Bottled 4 Grammys,” the twitter user wrote.Rather of taking offence at the 30BG fan, Burna Boy focused emphasis on the fan’s selection of a profile photo.Burna Boy penned this:“The actual Joke is in your Display Pic.”
