American singer Chloe Bailey has stirred speculation with a recent music cover that many believe subtly addresses her rumored ex, Burna Boy.
The emotionally charged lyrics hint at themes of heartbreak and disappointment, coinciding with reports that the Afrobeats star was romantically involved with another woman—one to whom he allegedly promised a Lamborghini but never followed through.
In a video posted on her Instagram, Chloe delivered a moving rendition of a viral track from 11:11 (Deluxe), seemingly alluding to betrayal and wasted time in a past relationship.
Singing with raw emotion, she performed the lines: “Don’t know about them other girls you used to deal with, but I don’t need to buy a man to give me love to lay with, no.”
Allowing her signature vocals to take center stage, she continued, “You ain’t even worth it, got me out here looking crazy. I shouldn’t have ignored all the signs. You wasted all my time, know you gonna miss all of the times that we had shared.”
Towards the song’s conclusion, she confidently declares that there is “only one Chloe in the world” and that no other woman can compare.
Although the Have Mercy singer has largely kept her romantic life out of the spotlight since she was first linked to Burna Boy in December, fans are convinced her latest cover is a veiled message to the Nigerian artist.
