Former aviation minister, Chief Femi Fani Kayode has pleaded with ex-vice president, Atiku Abubakar to return ‘home’ to the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
FFK took to twitter to woo the political heavyweight back to his party. He tweeted;
“The @APCNigeria is divided and is dying. I call on @atiku, a man of courage, to return back to @OfficialPDPNig. We love u and that is ur home.”
Fani-Kayode’s statements are coming after Atiku’s recent displeasure at the Internal democracy of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
Speaking at the 2nd Inter Party Advisory Council of Nigeria (IPAC) Annual Conference 2017 on Internal Party Democracy on Tuesday, Atiku jibed the party over its failure to organise statutory meetings for the organs of the party.
