The use of ghost apparel has been implored in a village in Indonesia in order to enforce social distancing among thew people.The village called Kepuh village, on Java Island, has started the patrol of using ghost in order to scare people into social distancing to curb the spread of coronavirus.
According to them “Since the pocong appeared, parents and children have not left their homes, “and people will not gather or stay on the streets after evening prayers.
”It was said that this approach was initiated by the youth in the village “We wanted to be different and create a deterrent effect because pocong are spooky and scary,”
