Singer Peter Okoye’s (Psquare) wife, Lola Omotayo-Okoye has questioned the location of president Buhari’s Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari.
Recall that last week, Abba tested positive for coronavirus, and since then, Nigerians have been curious to know his health status and whereabout.
Lola Omotayo took to her official Instagram account to ask why he can’t speak to Nigerians and why Nigerians have no information about him.
Read below excerpts from the video she posted on her Instagram page…
“The Lagos state commissioner for health just said that he doesn’t know where Abba Kyari is. Abba Kyari is Buhari’s Chief of staff, and we don’t know where he currently is?
Whether he is in Lagos receiving treatment, or in Abuja at home self-isolating, or did he even go anywhere to get treatment or is he out of the country, like nobody knows, how can you say you speak to him on the phone or WhatsApp and you just persume that he’s fully recovered. We need to know as Nigerians if he’s fully recovered. It’s very important, information is key, do not lie to us, do not keep away information, thank you very much.”
Meanwhile, a family source have told TheCable that Abba Kyari, chief of staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, is responding “very well” to treatment but his doctors have asked him to rest more.
Lola’s reaction might come as a surprise to most people as she seems to be a very quiet lady who has little or nothing to say online despite what.
Lola and Peter got married in 2013 and they have two kids together, Cameron and Aliona.
