CSU: Supreme Court Throw-Outs Atiku’s Motion to File New Evidence

On Thursday, the Supreme Court denied Atiku Abubakar‘s request to include a document from President Bola Tinubu’s time at Chicago State University as new evidence.

John Okoro, the panel’s presiding justice, declared that the applic..ant’s application had been turned down.
