There is still more to learn about Bethel Okechukwu, who is said to be the cousin of Pacal Okechukwu, known as Cubana Chiefpriest. He reportedly received $30,000 from the singer Burna Boy, whose real name is Ebunoluwa Damini Ogulu.

In a chat with content creator Lucky Udu, Bethel shared that a customer from Alaba International Market in Lagos contacted him, saying that Burna Boy was trying to reach him, and he later shared this on his Instagram stories.

He mentioned that throughout his life, he has never received more than N5 million. Additionally, he contributes N150,000 monthly with a group of 10 people, totaling N1.5 million in a year. He stated that the largest amount he has ever received from someone was N250,000, which came from his cousin, Isiaih Okechukwu, who lives in South Africa.

After Lucky Udu shared Bethel’s phone number online, he received many calls until Burna Boy’s personal assistant finally reached him. He was given an address where he met Odogwu, which is Burna Boy’s nickname.

Bethel explained that his friend Gideon drove him to see Burna Boy. He felt that the singer spoke to him as if they had known each other for a long time. After receiving $30,000 from Burna Boy, it felt like a dream, and he was asked what he would do with the money.

He said he planned to open a shop at Alaba because he was managing a space in front of someone else’s store. Burna Boy liked this plan and requested that Bethel send him a picture of the shop once it was set up. He also reminded him to behave well with his cousin, Cubana Chiefpriest.

The singer requested him to tell Lucky Udu about their experience together. He mentioned that he would give Lucky Udu N2 million for his efforts and for introducing him to Burna Boy.
