Content creator Lucky Udu recently uploaded a video where he visits Bethel Okechukwu at his new shop located in Alaba International Market, Lagos.
Bethel, who is said to be the brother of Cubana Chiefpriest, made news earlier this year when Burna Boy, the Grammy-winning Nigerian artist, kept his promise and supported him financially.
Bethel, a phone repair technician, stated he is related to Chiefpriest. This led Burna Boy to assist him during their online conflict.
Burna Boy provided Bethel with $30,000 to help him out.
In return, Chiefpriest’s supposed brother mentioned his plans to use the money for opening a shop.
Months after receiving money from Burna Boy, Bethel now runs a shop selling phone spare parts.
Chiepriest’s supposed brother talked to Udu about how he used the money.
Bethel also showed his gratitude by putting Burna Boy’s name on a sign at his shop entrance that says, “May the God of Burna Boy locate you.”
He pointed out that the shop is not fully stocked yet because he is waiting for more products.
Despite launching a new shop, Bethel still operates his repair stand, which is taken care of by one of his boys. He also mentioned his goal to enlarge the shop.
Sharing the video on his page, Lucky Udu wrote in a caption:
“How many of you remember this guy? @iamtreater This is what he has done with the $30k burnaboygram gifted him. Pls let’s support his business treater_communications #luckyudu”
