Former Nigerian dancehall artist Cynthia Morgan has responded to the recent court proceedings involving Jude Okoye, the elder brother and former manager of Psquare.
On Tuesday, February 26th, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission brought him before the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, where he faced allegations of fraud amounting to N1.38 billion.
In her reaction, Cynthia conveyed her disappointment regarding Okoye’s situation, emphasizing that the matters could have been resolved privately.
She wrote…
“Matter wey person suppose settle for house.
God forbid (Tudiyi)”.
In other news, Media personality Verydarkman (VDM) is intensifying his battle against popular OAP Nedu Wazobia, taking legal action beyond social media.
In a recent development, VDM stormed the embassies of South Africa, Morocco, and Turkey, submitting a petition alongside alleged proof linking Nedu to drug peddling and fraud.
Why VDM Involved the Embassies
According to him, the move aims to alert the respective countries to Nedu’s potential involvement in illicit activities.
His evidence? A WhatsApp voice note, where Nedu allegedly admitted to having friends who are fraudsters and drug dealers in the mentioned countries and benefiting financially from their association.
To further drive his point home, VDM wore T-shirts with inscriptions against Nedu while visiting the embassies.
Sharing a video of his petition submission, he captioned:
