Nigerian social media figure and musician Dammy Krane is in the news again, this time related to the presidency.
For a long time, he has accused Afrobeat artist David ‘Davido’ Adeleke of being responsible for the death of his friend Tagbo, who reportedly died from drinking too much alcohol in 2017.
Since then, Krane has repeatedly held Davido accountable for this tragedy, which resulted in his arrest a few months back. After his release, he quickly returned to criticizing the singer.
He urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to investigate the situation, claiming that some “oppressors” were using money to hide the truth.
Krane’s message caught many off guard, as they appeared tired of his theatrical online antics. In a separate post, the artist hinted that Seyi Tinubu, the president’s son, might be the next leader of the nation.
