Dangote Refinery reduces petrol price to N899.50k/litre

    The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has declared an additional decrease in the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) to N899.50 per litre, with the objective of offering some relief to Nigerians in anticipation of the holiday season.

    This announcement follows a previous reduction to N970 per litre on November 24, made by Africa’s first privately-owned oil refinery.

    The recent price modification aims to alleviate transportation expenses during the festive season, a period when travel costs generally increase for many Nigerians.

    The statement was issued by Anthony Chiejina, the Group Chief Branding and Communications Officer of Dangote Group, on Thursday.
