Media figure Daniel Regha sparks reactions as he criticizes Davido’s father for his N1 billion church donation.

Recently, Davido’s dad, Adedeji Adeleke, made headlines after revealing his plan to donate 1 billion naira to a church he attended on Sunday.

Daniel Regha remarked that going to church is okay, but donating one billion naira in a nation with starvation and many people in need is not suitable.

He recommended using the funds to generate job opportunities instead.

His words: “Giving to the church is fine, but donating over a billion to any church, in a country where millions are starving & struggling to survive doesn’t seem right. Davido’s dad should’ve used about 80% of that money to create employment opportunities.”

In other news…A Nigerian man set aside his pride and wept like a child as his girlfriend prepared to leave.

The woman who had come to visit attempted to console him, gently rubbing his head and urging him to cease his tears.

In a video shared by YabaleftOnline, the girlfriend recounted that the man began to feel sorrowful the previous evening upon realizing that she would be departing the following day.

She said the young man had not been eating well because of her leaving. In Yoruba, the lady asked: “Why are you crying like this? Did I tell you I won’t come back again?”
