Afrobeats artist David Adeleke, known as Davido, revealed that he spent time with his fellow artist Ayo Balogun, also known as Wizkid, before launching his Timeless album on March 31, 2023.
He mentioned that the hangout aimed to show their fans that there was no conflict between them. Additionally, he wanted to ensure his album was drama-free.
In a video posted by bwetv.ng on Instagram, Davido also reached out to a key fan, expressing his desire to avoid any fights involving Wizkid’s supporters.
He mentioned that no matter what he says to some fans, they ignore him and continue to argue online with fans of the Essence singer.
However, Davido acknowledged that these fans also have positive qualities that he appreciates.
