Davido hits the studio with Spyro days after he said ‘OBO is more successful than Wizkid’

Popular singer, David Adeleke better known as Davido has hit the studio with singer, Spyro to record a new song just days after singing his praises.

Recall that Spyro said in an interview that OBO is superior to Ayodeji ‘Wizkid’ Balogun in terms of success.

However, days after the report, both Davido and the upcoming singer have linked up to record a track together.

A video making the rounds online shows Spyro looking very excited while taking selfie with the DMW boss.

It further showed Omo Baba Olowo in the booth recording his verse on Spyro’s song titled Who Is Your Guy?

Recall that during a question and answer session on Urban Xtra, when he was asked whom he prefers between the two artistes.

Spyro said it is a joke to compare Wizkid to Davido, because the Omo Baba Olowo surpasses everyone in the industry in terms of success.

He talked about how the DWM boss has helped different artistes including himself, whereas nobody can mention a single artiste that Wizkid helped since he started music.

He, however, stated that Wizkid is also a fantastic person, but he does not think that he is up to OBO’s level.

“I personally feel like it’s a joke to compare Wizkid and Davido. Because, I mean, both are great artistes. Wizkid is a fantastic artiste but in terms of success, I personally feel Davido surpasses everyone including Wizkid.

“To me, how to measure success is how many people have you made. You are a successful person, but the question is, how many people have you made?

“How many people has Wizkid made in his entire years of doing music. But David has made a lot of people, including me,” he stated.
