Afrobeat artist David Adeleke, known as Davido, has gained international fame from the royal family.

King Charles III invited his favorite artists from the Commonwealth and chose some of their songs that made him happy.

The tracks labeled as King’s Music Room were set to be played on Apple Music for Commonwealth Day 2025.

The Awuke singer, who was recently criticized by Radiogad, was lucky to be included among the artists in the recording.

His specific song to be included was not mentioned.

King Charles III explained that he wanted to share a playlist because music has meant a lot to him throughout his life. It brings back happy memories.

The king shared that music helped him feel confident during sad times and took him to faraway places.

He also mentioned that the songs he picked brought him happiness.

The music star mentioned other talented artists from various African countries, referring to them as superstars and future legends.
