Nigerian music star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, recently made an unexpected appearance at a Neo Black Movement gathering, drawing significant attention from fans and critics alike.
The Neo Black Movement, often associated with the Black Axe confraternity, is recognized as a male brotherhood group advocating for intellectual radicalism and Pan-Africanism. However, over the years, concerns have been raised about the group’s activities, making Davido’s presence at their event a topic of discussion.
A video shared on Instagram by socialite Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chiefpriest, captured Davido standing beside an individual who appeared to be the leader of the gathering. The clip also featured rapper Zlatan Ibile and Don Jazzy’s brothers, DPrince and General Jay Mavin.
As they posed for a group photo, Davido exchanged a distinct handshake with the leader, while several attendees symbolically crossed their arms in the background.
Cubana Chiefpriest, who posted the video, provided a caption offering insight into the nature of the gathering, further fueling conversations around Davido’s involvement. He wrote:
