A Nigerian soldier attached to Mogadishu Cantonment, a military barracks in Abuja, reportedly shot a guard commander after an argument on his alarming alcohol consumption rate.
It was gathered that soldier who returned drunk after a short break, was confronted by the guard commander who asked him to change up for duty. However the drunk soldier who changed into his uniform, picked up his rifle, came back and shot the guard commander.
Upon realizing what he has done, the soldier allegedly shot himself but missed his own head and shot his mouth. He was rushed to the hospital, and his present condition is still not known at the time of filing this report.
