Dedicated Fan Gives Davido his custom ‘Unavailable’ T-shirt at AWAY Festival, Shares experience

The fan—whose identity is being withheld—described how he got to know Davido. He struggled at first to get in touch with Davido personally.

However the fan messaged each person Davido tagged in a post, asking for assistance in getting the garment to them.

After reaching out to a number of people, one responded, promising to put him in touch with Davido.

Despite initial optimism, the promised contact didn’t materialize, leaving the fan feeling uncertain.

In spite of this disappointment, the fan’s girlfriend urged him to go to Davido’s Atlanta show and even hinted that they might run into each other there.

He eventually made it into the show despite security issues. He ran into the assistant he had spoken with on Instagram during the show.

The assistant once more pledged to set up a meeting with Davido and gave an explanation for the hold-up in replying to his communications.

When the fan finally got to see Davido, he had already kept his word by sporting the specially made “Unavailable” T-shirt.
