Prominent human rights advocate, Deji Adeyanju, has shared a heartwarming account of his recent meeting with renowned music executive Don Jazzy, commending him for his humility and warmth.

In a Facebook post, Adeyanju recounted how the encounter took place in Accra, Ghana, noting that Don Jazzy was the first to approach and engage with him. He expressed admiration for the music mogul’s down-to-earth nature and friendly demeanor.

The post included cheerful photos of both men smiling for the camera, capturing the cordial moment that has since attracted positive reactions from fans and followers online.

His post reads, “Just ran into Don Jazzy in Accra and he was so pleasant and humble. He was the one that even called me as I was backing him and didn’t see him. Other big celebrities will be forming. The Don I hail ooo! ✊”.

In other news, Popular Nigerian comedian and actor, Bovi Ugboma, is currently facing backlash online following a recent comedy performance where he made controversial jokes involving his daughter.

During the show, Bovi, a father of three, including a daughter, recounted how he had purchased two teddy bears for his little girl and jokingly named them “Big Dick” and “Small Dick.” He went on to say that he encouraged her to play with both, a comment that quickly drew criticism from the public.

Acknowledging the online uproar that followed, Bovi said he later bought his daughter a pet fowl, instructing her to refer to it as a “cock” rather than using the word “fowl.”

Many users on X (formerly Twitter) expressed disappointment and outrage, calling the jokes inappropriate, especially given that they centered on a child. Critics argued that involving his daughter in such adult-themed humor crossed a line, regardless of comedic intent.

The incident has ignited a wider conversation about boundaries in comedy and the responsibility comedians have when using real-life family members as part of their material.
