Davido, an Afrobeat singer and record label owner, has responded to his recent Grammy nominations for 2024.
The list of 2024 Grammy nominees has been announced, and it includes Davido, Ayra Starr, Burna Boy, and others.
Remember that Davido formally submitted his musical masterpieces for consideration at the 2024 Grammy Awards last month.
This was revealed after Joey Akan, a music enthusiast and prominent podcaster, published the information on X, shining light on the several categories in which Davido’s work is competing.
The list of nominations was released after this, and Davido has bagged three nominations, namely, Global Music Performance, Global Music Album, and African Music Performance nominations.
Davido has taken to his X page to react to the nominations. He tweeted, “3 nominations at the Grammys! Delay is not denial!!”
