Ovations magazine chief executive officer, Dele Momodu, has revealed why he left Buhari and his party, the All Progressive Congressive, APC.
In his recent posts and campaigns on social media, even a blind man must have noticed that the media practitioner had ditched the president Muhammadu Buhari’s led administration to pitch his tent with peoples democratic party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, in the forthcoming election.
Well, he has just given his main reason for making such decision after a follower accused him of sowing discord among Nigerians.
The follower had written:
Dele you have lost it. Now l am truly disappointed. I am a Kanuri by tribe born from the egg of a Kanuri from Yobe and an Edo Woman from Edo State How dare you sow division amongst us. Shame on you sir.
Then Dele Momodu, in his usual gentlemanly manner replied:
Pls give example of the division I sowed. No one has divided Nigeria like these people since the civil war. If there’s one reason I left BUHARI, it is his inability to unite Nigeria, not bec of poor economy, that is never his forte
