American rapper, though Nigerian born, Wale is depressed again. Wale took to social media; both Twitter and Instagram over the weekend where he broke down confessing he can’t ‘escape this pain’.
In one of the Intstagram posts, he wrote, ”I can’t escape this pain. Sometimes there’s absolutely no one to go to no matter how much they love you. You have no one. No one is more alone than a person who is the focal point”.
”Some strong friends have no strong friends”, he said in another.
In 2015 in an interview with Billboard, the rapper also confirmed he was depressed saying; ”I was depressed not being where I wanna be in my career when I’ve put the work in. I wasn’t sleeping. I was drinking all day and I didn’t have anyone to go to. I couldn’t fight it. Those are some of the demons I talk about on the album”.
