Details of Tinubu message to Indian Prime Minister At G20 Summit emerge

In a message to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Bola Tinubu expressed his commitment to pursuing Nigeria’s reaffirmed foreign policy goals of democracy, development, demographics, and diaspora.

According to a previous Gistlover story, Modi had welcomed Tinubu to the G20 Summit, which is now taking place at the Bharat Mandapam International Exhibition and Convention Centre in New Delhi, India.

On Saturday morning, President Tinubu thanked the Indian PM for hosting the G20 meeting and for the invitation in a post on his official X 9former Twitter) account.

As the head of the most populous black nation on earth, Tinubu said he is eager to network with other world leaders and form powerful alliances to ensure a better future for Nigeria and, in fact, the entire African continent.

He wrote: “Deep appreciation to Prime Minister @narendramodi for hosting the G20 summit in India and for the invitation.

“As the President of the most populous black nation on earth, I look forward to meeting fellow world leaders and forging strong alliances to secure a brighter future for our great nation, Nigeria – and indeed, the entire African continent.
