Singer Seun Kuti has chosen not to get involved in the dispute between Burna Boy and Speed Darlington.

Recall that Speed Darlington was taken into custody for implying that Burna Boy had an inappropriate relationship with troubled American music executive Diddy to try to win a Grammy.

In a recent Instagram live session, Kuti reacted to comments from fans, saying he doesn’t want to get involved in the ongoing issues. He clarified that Burna Boy giving him diamond jewelry doesn’t mean he is his adviser.

He also added that Diddy, whom Speed Darlington accused Burna Boy of having relationships with, is the one who made Speed Darlington well-known.

“Don’t involve me in Burna Boy & Speed Darlington’s case; because I collected a diamond from him doesn’t mean I’m his close adviser. Diddy was even the one who made Speed Darlington popular.

“He reposted ‘Bangdadang’ which made the song popular. I have done a lot of songs, and Diddy never posted any of them, but he reposted Speed Darlington’s song,” he said.

In other news, American singer Chloe Bailey has discussed her recent trip to Nigeria and her public appearance alongside Burna Boy, which has led to speculation regarding their relationship.

It is worth noting that relationship rumors between Burna Boy and Chloe intensified after they were seen holding hands while exiting a club in Lagos last December.

In a recent interview with The Breakfast Club, Bailey reflected on her time in Nigeria, stating that she had “the best time” in the West African nation.

“Nigeria was so beautiful. I had the best time. Yes, I was in the club with Burna Boy. The nightlife was so many colours, so many lights, so many cameras,” she said.

When asked whether her outing with Burna Boy was for fun or if they were dating, Bailey responded: “I am a grown woman. I had a great time in Nigeria.”
