DJ Cuppy pays a visits to her mum’s dry cleaning factory

Popular Florence Otedola aka Cuppy, a Nigerian disc jockey, visited her mother’s dry cleaning factory.

Cuppy posted a video of herself at the factory on Instagram, revealing that her mother, Nana Otedola, founded the company in 1999 and that it has been a big success since then.

”In 1999 my mum founded @GarmentCareLTD and 25 years later it is now by far the BEST dry cleaning business in the whole country! 🫧🧺🇳🇬 As a female CEO, her entrepreneurial spirit inspires me daily so I decided to visit her factory for some motivation.

I was SO impressed- her team even put me to work (for free)! 🥼😂 @Nana_Otedola watching you grow this business from its humble beginnings to a renowned establishment has reminded me to always strive for perseverance and excellence in what I do 🙌🏾 #CuppyOnAMission #GarmentCare #FamilyFirst”

Charly Boy, a prominent Nigerian entertainer and social activist, has expressed his discontent with President Bola Tinubu’s administration, asserting that it merely perpetuates the shortcomings of its predecessor.

In a post on his X page on Sunday, he highlighted that Tinubu’s cabinet includes numerous individuals who were part of former President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration, which faced significant criticism and was widely regarded as unsuccessful during its eight-year period.

He provided a number of instances of Tinubu’s appointees who had previously worked under Buhari, such as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Budget Minister, NNPCL GMD, Chief of Staff, Senate President, DG DSS, and Special Adviser on Coordination.

He conveyed his disappointment that Tinubu’s government appears to be continuing the same structure and personnel that resulted in the “ruins” of the previous eight years, despite assurances of reform.

He tweeted,

Quote

“CAN WE PONDER THIS HAVING IN MIND THE CHORUS THAT TINUBU NEEDS TIME TO REPAIR THE RUINS OF BUHARI YEARS

Buhari needs time…. 1st year

Buhari needs time….. 2nd year

Buhari needs time….. 3rd year

Buhari needs time….. 4th year

Rig-elected.. Sorry, re-elected

Buhari needs time……. 5th year

Buhari needs time…… 6th year

Buhari needs time…… 7th year

Buhari has done well…..8th years.

Now termed 8 years of ruins.

1.Tinubu’s SGF – was Buhari’s minister

2.Tinubu’s Budget Minister was Bubari’s minister

3.Tinubu’s NNPCL GMD was Buhari’s GMD

4.Tinubu’s chief of staff was Buhari’s Speaker.

5.Tinubu’s Senate President was Buhari’s Minister

6.Tinubu’s DG DSS was Buhari’s DG DSS

7.Tinubu’s SA coordination (Hadiza bala usman) was Buhari’s sacked NPA boss.

Its like they think our MEMORY has a short fuse.”
