Nigerian entertainer, DJ Cuppy, wants to clarify us all and it about who she is dating, not dating, her sister’s boyfriend and her boyfriend.
DJ Cuppy who recently rented out a cinema room just to watch ‘Black Panther’ with her boyfriend, Asa Asika, tweeted earlier today;
Just a NOTE. I have a sister called Temi @jtofashion who is NOT the same person as me! And no, I am not dating both @AsaAsika and @MrEazi ! #FreeCuppy
Recall that before now in an Instagram post she made, DJ Cuppy described her boyfriend, as ‘someone special’ and that she was taking him on a dinner date with her billionaire father, Femi Otedola.
Remember, Cuppy’s former boyfriend Victor Anichebe brought his Belgian girlfriend to Nigeria during the holidays, to see his parent and DJ Cuppy made a subtle reaction to that incident. She posted on her social media timeline that she was ready to get married too this year.
However when reports came out that she was in South Africa with Asa Asika, social media commentators immediately dotted the lines and made a connection with her cryptic posts. It was then concluded that DJ Cuppy’s new boyfriend was Asa Asika, which she came out to deny but further confirmed with her romantic vacations with the latter.
In a 2017 interview,, DJ Cuppy also revealed why he broke up with Victor Anichebe.
“I literally do not have a boo. I and Victor are not together anymore. The picture I put up recently was a picture of us when we were together. We are still friends. People find it so weird.
“I feel like we just, He lives in China, I moved here. Time difference. It was really difficult.
”Anyone that knows footballers know that their schedules are crazy and my schedule is also crazy. So it was just difficult but he is such a great guy” she said in the interview.
