Social media users are trolling US president Donald Trump for the comment he made amid the Notre-Dame Cathedral fire in Paris.
As the fire raged, Trump tweeted:
So horrible to watch the massive fire at Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. Perhaps flying water tankers could be used to put it out. Must act quickly!
Trump’s tweet seemed to imply that the French fire service didn’t know what they were doing as regards putting out the fire.
The French and Americans reacted to Trump’s tweet with sarcastic replies.
