Yomi Fabiyi, a Nollywood actor, breaks his silence on his connection with a younger colleague, Bimpe Oyebade, commonly known as Mo Bimpe, amid allegations of s-3-x for roles.
Yomi Fabiyi voiced his displeasure at being wrongfully judged for his troubles with Mo Bimpe, whom he claimed to have mentored.
Their first meeting, according to Yomi, occurred in 2016 as he was set to begin filming his film. Bimpe, a youth corps member at the time, indicated an interest in acting, and he offered her a role.
He recalled the events that transpired between them, including how he prepared her for the role she played, ensuring the top Nollywood artists featured in the movie were not deterred by her lack of experience.
Yomi Fabiyi repeatedly emphasized that there was no s3x.ua.l relationship between him and Mo Bimpe, asserting that he solely trained her in the Nollywood profession.
He added that after the project was rounded up at the movie set, Mo Bimpe said her goodbyes and left with a different actor other than Yomi who brought her.
Yomi Fabiyi further iterated that he never set eyes on Mo Bimpe until 2019 after which she reached out to him for her own movie. However, he found out she rounded up all his crew behind his back for the movie which was a slap on his face.
He concluded by stating the actress used him to attain stardom and tried to spoil his name in the process while affirming that he never demanded s3x for roles.
