Anthony Joshua has warned Francis Ngannou not to stop boxing after a defeat.
After their heavyweight match in Saudi Arabia, Joshua hugged the Cameroonian boxer.
In a brief video circulating on social media, Joshua can be heard encouraging Ngannou to stay put and not abandon boxing.
Joshua had stated:
“Don’t leave boxing do it, don’t leave boxing.”
The British-Nigerian boxer demonstrated his superiority by knocking out Ngannou in the second round of the contest.
Joshua’s convincing victory was his fourth in a row, following defeats against Oleksandr Usyk of Ukraine.
